الوصف الوظيفي

Education and Certification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management or a related field is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. OSHA first aid) are preferred.
  • Trade Certificate or Diploma in discipline work with 12 years of relevant experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management:

  • Plan organize and supervise daily operations on construction sites.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules.

Team Supervision:

  • Lead and direct the work of construction crews and subcontractors.
  • ign tasks based on project needs and crew capabilities.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and expectations.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure all work complies with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Perform regular inspections of work sites to monitor quality and safety.
  • Address and rectify any issues or deficiencies in construction quality.

Safety Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce safety regulations and protocols.
  • Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for the crew.
  • Investigate accidents or near misses and report findings.

Resource Management:

  • Oversee the procurement and management of materials and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.

Doentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain daily logs of activities progress and incidents.
  • Prepare reports on project status labor hours and material usage.
  • Doent and communicate any changes to the project scope.

Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between project managers clients and crews.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Address any concerns or queries from the team or clients promptly.

ProblemSolving:

  • Identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Make onthespot decisions to ensure project continuity.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management as necessary.

Training and Development:

  • Mentor and train crew members in construction techniques and safety practices.
  • Encourage s development and promote teamwork.

Budget Management:

  • ist in tracking project budgets and expenditures.
  • Identify costsaving opportunities without compromising quality.

Ss and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in construction specifically in civil works.
  • Strong leadership and team management ss.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction ods materials and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
