Education and Certification:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management or a related field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. OSHA first aid) are preferred.
- Trade Certificate or Diploma in discipline work with 12 years of relevant experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management:
- Plan organize and supervise daily operations on construction sites.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules.
Team Supervision:
- Lead and direct the work of construction crews and subcontractors.
- ign tasks based on project needs and crew capabilities.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and expectations.
Quality Control:
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications and industry standards.
- Perform regular inspections of work sites to monitor quality and safety.
- Address and rectify any issues or deficiencies in construction quality.
Safety Compliance:
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and protocols.
- Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for the crew.
- Investigate accidents or near misses and report findings.
Resource Management:
- Oversee the procurement and management of materials and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
Doentation and Reporting:
- Maintain daily logs of activities progress and incidents.
- Prepare reports on project status labor hours and material usage.

Communication:
