Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a BartendercumBarista. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for crafting exceptional beverages and providing topnotch customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Bartending:
- Mix and serve a variety of nonalcoholic beverages according to customer orders and recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring guests have a positive experience.
- Barista:
- Prepare a wide range of coffee drinks including espresso lattes cappuccinos and specialty beverages.
- Maintain the coffee machine and grinder.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all coffee products.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender or barista.
- Strong knowledge of various beverages and coffee preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
