Operations Specialist (Evening Shift Fully Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan direct and coordinate operational functions to ensure smooth workflow across the organization.
- Improve operational management systems processes and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead efforts to enhance the quality of customer service ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Perform regular quality control reviews monitoring daily activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure all maintenance and operational needs are met to avoid disruptions.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify and implement strategies for operational improvements and costsaving opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.

Working Hours:
- Weekdays: Saturday to Thursday
- Shift: Evening shift (timings to be discussed)
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal especially formal writing.
- Previous domain experience in marketplaces education or techbased operations is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A customercentric mindset with the ability to manage complaints effectively.
- Leadership and Project Management: Prior leadership experience or managing projects is a big plus as youll have the opportunity to lead initiatives and work crossfunctionally.
- Educational Background: A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a similar field is a plus.
