Pastry Chef

• Develop and create unique highquality pastries and desserts with a focus on ice cream.
  
• Design and execute seasonal dessert menus incorporating creative and trendy flavors.
  
• Ensure consistency and presentation of all pastries and ice creams.
  
• Manage kitchen operations including inventory ordering supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
  
• Collaborate with the team to introduce new dessert ideas and improve existing recipes.
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the kitchen.
  
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  
  

Requirements

• Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
  
• 7 years of proven experience in pastry with expertise in ice cream production.
  
• Strong creativity and ability to develop unique visually appealing desserts.
  
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  
• Fluent in Arabic with a good command of English.
