Location: Lakeside Breeze Hotel Gelterswoog 20 Kaiserslautern
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team at Lakeside Breeze Hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all hotel systems including electrical plumbing and general maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on hotel facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical plumbing.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with the installation and repair of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
