We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated IT Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure supporting endusers managing software and hardware resources and providing solutions to technical challenges. The role requires a blend of technical expertise problemsolving skills and customer service to support both daytoday operations and longterm IT initiatives.
Requirements
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows macOS Linux).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and services (DNS DHCP TCP/IP).
- Experience with network hardware (routers switches firewalls).
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection best practices.
- Handson experience with virtualization technologies (VMware HyperV)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Strong knowledge of networking protocols and services (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls). Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection best practices. Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
