We are hiring Assistant Manager MEP for a leading Construction Company

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and coordinating MEP projects from initiation to completion
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on MEP systems and installations
• Supervise and lead a team of MEP technicians and engineers
• Review and approve MEP design and shop drawings
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes standards and regulations
• Coordinate with other teams such as design construction and procurement
• Oversee the procurement of MEP materials and equipment
• Monitor project budgets schedules and resources
• Address and resolve technical issues and conflicts
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections for quality control
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation
• Participate in project meetings and provide insightful inputs
• Support in the commissioning and handover of MEP systems
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in MEP project management and coordination
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems installations and standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams effectively
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools for MEP design and management
• Good understanding of budgeting and resource allocation
• Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities in complex scenarios
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications or licenses as per local regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Compliance with safety and quality standards in MEP works
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in commissioning and testing of MEP systems
• Knowledge of sustainability and energyefficient MEP solutions
