Profile: Chartered Finance Analyst
Experience: 3yr financial analysis
Salary Range: up to 12 LPA

Job Summary:

A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in a real estate company is responsible for conducting detailed financial analysis to assess the viability of investment opportunities property acquisitions and developments. Their role includes preparing financial models performing market research and providing recommendations based on risk and return assessments. They manage cash flow projections analyze property portfolios and support decisionmaking for asset management strategies. Additionally CFAs ensure compliance with financial regulations work with stakeholders to optimize investment performance and present findings to executives for strategic planning. Strong analytical financial modeling and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling: Building and maintaining financial models to assess potential real estate investments acquisitions and developments.
Market Research & Analysis: Conducting indepth market research to evaluate economic conditions property trends and market demand to guide investment strategies.
Investment Analysis: Evaluating the financial feasibility of real estate projects assessing riskreturn profiles and advising on potential investment opportunities.
Portfolio Management: Monitoring and optimizing the performance of real estate asset portfolios ensuring proper diversification and maximization of returns.
Cash Flow Management: Forecasting cash flows for real estate investments and ensuring liquidity for ongoing projects and operations.
Risk Assessment: Identifying financial risks related to property investments and developing strategies to mitigate those risks.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborating with internal teams investors and stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations and presenting financial reports for informed decisionmaking.
Compliance & Regulation: Ensuring that all financial activities comply with local regulations and industry standards including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

CFA Certification
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
Experience in Real Estate
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g ExcelSAP)
Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills
Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
