Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Answer customer inquiries about products or the company.
- Understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Accurately take and process orders.
- Handle customer grievances to maintain the companys reputation.
- Keep records of calls sales and useful customer information.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in Bengali Telugu or Tamil.
- Knowledge of email and MS Excel.
