Sr Marketing Manager

• Create & implement along with Leadership team effective marketing strategies to promote Group projects; ensuring alignment with the expected outcomes.
• Oversee the planning and performance of marketing campaigns (Digital print & outdoor advertisement)
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape and provide insights to marketing strategies
• Responsible to create of engaging content for various platforms including social media websites and email marketing.
• Develop and execute strategies and campaigns for social media and performance marketing Manage the marketing budget ensuring costeffective use of resources and maximizing ROI
• Manage creation of brochures sales kits leaflets banners digital marketing materials videos etc
• Plan and execute all events and roadshows to promote the brand
• Oversee paid digital advertising campaigns including paid social media and Google Ads and create reports for the Managements review to share.
• Coordinate with Finance for Vendor payments
• Create Performance Evaluation mechanism for various marketing vendors and present to the Management
• Manage CRM and digital presence

• MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution ( IIM / ISB)
• 6 to 8 years in Marketing
• Excellent Communication skills Presentation Skills Creative mindset Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks
