Job Description: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

1. Technology Strategy & Vision:

• Define and execute the technology strategy aligned with the companys vision and business goals.
• Stay ahead of tech trends and innovations identifying opportunities for competitive advantage through technology.
• Lead the design of scalable secure and futureproof technical architecture.

1. Product Development & Innovation:

• Drive the development and of new tech products with a handson approach to coding when necessary.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and design to deployment and iteration.
• Implement and integrate AI technologies and machine learning to enhance product functionality and user experience.

1. Technical Leadership & Team Management:

• Build and mentor a highperforming tech team fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams (Product Marketing and Operations) to align technology initiatives with business needs.
• Ensure technical excellence overseeing code quality system security and architecture scalability.

1. Tech Architecture & Infrastructure:

• Design and manage a robust scalable infrastructure for all digital platforms and products.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure and manage data privacy and cybersecurity best practices.
• Implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines to enhance development speed and product stability.

1. AI & Innovation Pipeline:

• Lead initiatives in AIdriven product innovation ensuring that emerging technologies are leveraged to improve the user experience and product features.
• Stay informed on AI/ML advancements and evaluate their potential to disrupt markets and drive consumer behavior change.

1. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with other Clevel executives to align technology with business objectives and contribute to overall company strategy.
• Manage relationships with external tech partners vendors and contractors when required.
• Communicate technology strategy to investors and stakeholders presenting technical roadmaps and development progress.

1. User Engagement & Gamification:

• Develop and oversee technical solutions to drive user engagement and integrate gamification elements into products.
• Create mindmaps and strategies to improve product usability and customer retention through tech innovation.

• Experience: 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles with proven expertise in endtoend product development.
• Strong background in building and scaling tech platforms with handson experience in coding (preferably with AI/ML exposure).
• Excellent understanding of cloud infrastructure data management cybersecurity and scalable system architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in leading tech teams and driving product innovation.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced evolving startup environment.

• EquityOnly: This is an equitybased role until funding is secured.
• FullTime Compensation: Postfunding the role will transition to fulltime with a competitive salary and benefits.
