Construction Project Manager

Dara Engineering Consultants is a Grade A classified consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in the Architecture and Design field. The company offers full Architectural solutions to clients using international standards covering a wide range of disciplines from Architecture to Construction Management. This is a fulltime onsite role for a Construction Project Manager located in Doha Qatar
Role Description.
Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed in a timely and costeffective manner Develop project plans including scope budget and schedule and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders Coordinate and manage all project activities including subcontractor management scheduling and resource allocation Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress quality and safety compliance and address any issues that may arise Collaborate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure designs and specifications are being met and any changes are effectively communicated and implemented Manage and report on project budget expenses and financial forecasting and ensure adherence to financial guidelines and regulations Lead and motivate project teams providing guidance support and performance feedback to ensure project objectives are met Maintain strong relationships with clients addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs and expectations are being met throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Proven experience minimum 10 years as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects within High Rise Projects.
Bachelors degree in civil engineering PMP certification is a plus
Extensive knowledge of construction processes methods and materials as well as relevant regulations and quality standards from a developer side.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Proficient in project management software and tools and experienced in developing and managing project schedules budgets and resources
