Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer who is passionate about the craft of design. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brands vision across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Craft highquality visual assets including marketing materials social media graphics print collateral and digital content. Ensure designs are aesthetically pleasing and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Concept Development: Develop creative concepts and design solutions based on project requirements and client briefs. Transform abstract ideas into visually engaging designs.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance the brands visual identity across all design projects. Ensure all design work adheres to established brand standards and guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams content creators and other stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input.
• Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on feedback from clients and team members. Make adjustments and improvements to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Technical : Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other tools to execute design projects. Ensure final outputs are prepared accurately for both digital and print formats.
• Quality Assurance: Proofread and review designs to ensure accuracy and consistency. Verify that all design elements are correctly formatted and meet quality standards before final delivery.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: 35 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work and proficiency in design principles and techniques.
• Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) with additional skills in motion graphics or video editing being a plus. Familiarity with web design and UX principles is advantageous.
• Creativity: Demonstrated creativity and the ability to generate innovative design ideas and solutions.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail with the ability to produce polished and accurate designs.
• Communication: Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
• Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with animation or motion graphics tools (e.g. After Effects).
• Understanding of print production processes and specifications.
• We are looking for an Arabicspeaking graphic designer with strong writing skills.
