Director of IT

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of IT to lead the technology strategy and operations within our organization. This role will oversee the planning implementation and management of IT systems ensuring they align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT leadership project management and driving innovation in a fastpaced environment.

• Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and execute the companys IT strategy to support business growth and operations aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of all IT systems including network servers security and enterprise applications.
• IT Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements security standards and best practices. Develop policies procedures and protocols to maintain data privacy and security.
• Budgeting and Vendor Management: Manage the IT budget negotiate with vendors and oversee technology purchases ensuring costeffectiveness and value delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages skill development and professional growth.
• Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the companys digital assets and infrastructure from cyber threats.
• Project Management: Manage IT projects including software implementations hardware upgrades and process improvements ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of disruptions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and senior management to identify technology needs and deliver IT solutions that drive business success.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• 10 years of experience in IT management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in IT strategy development infrastructure management and team leadership.
• Experience with cloud computing virtualization and cybersecurity practices.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software applications and network infrastructure.
• Excellent communication problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Ability to manage largescale IT projects meet deadlines and work within a defined budget.

• Certifications such as PMP CISSP or ITIL.
• Experience with ERP systems data analytics platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI IoT and blockchain.
