Senior Financial yst

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis forecasting and reporting to support the companys strategic decisionmaking processes. This role involves collaborating with various departments to develop budgets financial models and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a deep understanding of financial principles and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.

• Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial reports including variance analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Reporting & Data Analysis:

  • Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document underlying causes for variances.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement based on analysis and insights.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor business performance in realtime.

• Strategic Support:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support new business initiatives product launches and strategic projects.
  • Conduct financial analysis for capital investments mergers & acquisitions and other highimpact projects.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

• Risk Management:

  • Identify financial risks and opportunities providing strategic recommendations to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure financial controls and procedures are followed assisting in internal and external audits as needed.

• Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Drive automation initiatives and leverage financial software to streamline workflows.

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field (MBA or CPA/CFA preferred).
• Minimum of 46 years of experience in financial analysis preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Hyperion).
• Strong understanding of financial statements accounting principles and business performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to nonfinancial stakeholders clearly and effectively.
