Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights 12

Shift Notes: 7p7a 3x12s; 36 hrs scheduled 34.5 hrs/week guarantee (30 min deduction each shift for lunch)

Weekend Requirements: rotation usually 1 weekend off/month

OnCall Requirements: No Call

• 2 years experience in SNF/LTC as a LPN
• Please note there is no public transportation. All travelers must have their own vehicle or a rental
• travel experience is desired
