Are you passionate about helping teams optimize collaboration and efficiency through cuttingedge tools At Axpo Switzerlands leading energy company we are looking for a Jira Administrator to take charge of our Jira and Jira Service Management instances. Join us and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our project management landscape.

What you will do:

• Administer and manage Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) instances including user management and project configurations.
• Customize workflows screens fields and permissions to align with team needs.
• Implement and maintain JSM projects including service desk configurations and automation rules.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Jira and JSM users.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and implement productivityenhancing solutions.
• Deliver training sessions and documentation for endusers.

What you bring & who you are:

• 2 years of experience administering Jira and/or Jira Service Management.
• Expertise in Jira workflows permissions and customization.
• Experience with advanced Jira customizations (Automation for Jira Scriptrunner).
• Familiarity with Jiras REST APIs; scripting experience in Groovy or Python is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
