We are looking for a motivated and skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join Axpo Services in Madrid. If youre passionate about cybersecurity and eager to grow this role offers an opportunity to work with an experienced team enhancing the security posture of our systems and infrastructure. What you will do:
- Monitor networks systems and applications for security breaches.
- Assist in incident detection analysis and response.
- Support vulnerability management and remediation efforts.
- Help deploy configure and maintain security tools (e.g. firewalls SIEM EDR).
- Collaborate with the Security Risk Management team to address risks.
- Ensure security compliance within Azure environments.
What you bring & who you are:
- Degree in Computer Science IT Cybersecurity or related field.
- Experience in security operations.
- Basic knowledge of SIEM tools and cloud security principles.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Eagerness to learn communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
