About the Department:

The MD Office reporting directly to the Managing Director provides comprehensive administrative and business support to ensure the efficient operation and smooth development of the company. Key responsibilities include communication coordination document management project support information management confidentiality handling and special assignments.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data to identify patterns trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and maintain salesrelated data models and databases ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Generate comprehensive reports on sales performance including KPIs sales forecasts and market trends.
• Create visually appealing data visualizations and interactive dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand business objectives provide datadriven recommendations and support strategic decisionmaking processes.

Qualification and requirements:

• Masters degree or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analysis role preferably in sales analytics or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python R or SQL.
• Excellence in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques.
  
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or Matplotlib/seaborn.
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g. MySQL MongoDB).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Selfmotivated responsible and independent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
