About the Position: In this role as a Customer Care Assistant youll be a key player in providing exceptional support to customers within the entertainment industry. Your daytoday tasks will focus mainly on chat and email interactions with only 510% of your responsibilities involving inbound calls. Youll be the primary contact for customers assisting with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proficiency in German (both written and verbal)
  • Strong command of English (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication skills with a particular interest in sports
  • Organized with a knack for decisionmaking and problemsolving
  • Competency in typing and using computer programs (especially MS Office)
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Eligibility to work in Bulgaria: Must be an EU citizen or hold a Bulgarian Residence Card (Unfortunately we cannot offer visa support for nonEU citizens)
  • A high school diploma (Experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory)
