Your Role

• Arrange interviews assess candidates and provide essential information and guidance to decisionmakers.
• Engage in liveonline training and development focused on our product offerings.
• Define your business objectives and create a personalized schedule to achieve your growth targets
• Provide leadership and coaching to develop your team.
• Foster a learning and growth mindset and contribute to a thriving culture of growth and success.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in a business development role or in a selfemployed or entrepreneurial role.
• Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A gogetter with a passion for learning and a commitment to your own personal development.
• Highly motivated and ambitious eager to elevate your career success to new levels and committed to setting your own growth and success targets.
• Experience with digital platforms and social networking sites.
• Mentoring or coaching experience is a plus.
