Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Retail Management or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 7 10 years of highend retail experience is strongly preferred.
  
• Proven track record in marketing for highend luxury brands.
  
• Experience crafting and implementing VIPcentric marketing strategies.
  
• Strong creative ability to design unique and premium VIP experiences.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey a brand s luxury ethos.
  
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  
• Deep understanding of luxury products and market dynamics.
  
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  
• Fulltime position with flexibility for additional duties as required.
  
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
  
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant experience is an advantage.
