Job description
General Characteristics (Job Summary) Leader of any organization Support construction team and project management team to achieve goal and satisfaction Ensure all daily tasks and support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities Promote good health, safety and environmental practices throughout all company activities. Provide independent professional advice and technical information where appropriate to senior managers and all line managers to enable the company to discharge its statutory, common and moral obligations, keeping staff and managers abreast changes in HSE legislation and code of practice. Carry out or arrange workplace safety audits and ensure that any remedial recommendations are implemented. Maintain accident statistics in all company sites, analyze trends and propose and take remedial action where necessary. Maintain and apply knowledge of current health and safety policies, regulations, and industrial processes. Supports the Top Management in the Organization roles and responsibilities definition, for what concernssafety aspects. Monitoring and Handling in LPCR (Loss Prevention Compliance Review), SMS, EMS, Third Party CSSP. Audits and SAEPD audits. Supports the Top Management in the HSE Management System standard issue. Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems. Experience HSE Experience at overseas project especially Saudi Aramco Knowledge Proffessional HSE PartJob Specific Specialty HSE Specialist Technical Skills / Competencies Excellent communication and organizational skills. Organize Team and lead construction and safety A team player with leadership skills Multi-Tasking and work prioritization
