Project Management Trainee

Job Overview:

The Vishwakarma Project Magagement trainee Head will be responsible for identifying establishing and managing training centers across their designated region in alignment with the project s guidelines. The primary focus is to ensure that centers are operational wellequipped and meet the certification targets for training artisans. The role involves coordinating with local authorities artisans and staff to ensure the successful implementation and functioning of the centers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and Set Up Centers:
   

   • Find and establish centers in line with project guidelines working with local authorities and communities.
     

2. Manage Operations:
   

   • Ensure centers have the necessary tools trainers and resources for smooth functioning.
     

3. Achieve Targets:
   

   • Help centers meet artisan certification goals monitoring progress regularly.
     

4. Lead Teams:
   

   • Hire and support staff while building strong relationships with local stakeholders.
     

5. Budget and Resources:
   

   • Oversee budgets and resources ensuring efficient and costeffective management.
     

6. Reporting and Compliance:
   

   • Report progress and ensure centers follow all project standards.
     

Requirements

• MBa Fresher Is requried
• 06 1 years in project management preferably in skill development vocational training or government initiatives.
  
  • Proven ability to set up and manage multiple centers or similar facilities.
    
  • Strong connections with local authorities communities and relevant stakeholders to quickly establish centers.
    
  • Experience working with artisans vocational training institutes or similar groups is a plus
    
  • Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving abilities.
    
  • Strong project planning budgeting and resource management skills
    
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region to oversee center setup and operations.
