Product Manager - Internal Products

expondo is an eCommerce business with the purpose of serving professionals with tools and equipment needed to run their smallmedium sized business. You will join the digital product team responsible for ensuring we have the technology solutions that powers our business operations.

The backbone of our business are the operational processes that provide us with the capability to deliver higher service levels to customers while maintaining healthy unit economics 3 variables that you will constantly balancing in this role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Deeply understand our core business processes and their fit for delivering customer services levels required by our overall strategy with your key stakeholders
• Translate quality scale and efficiency gaps in these processes into prioritized problem based roadmap
• Work with crossfunctional teams including engineering and operations to find the right technology solutions to improve those processes
• Champion change management practices across your initiatives to ensure solutions are adopted by the operations team

WHAT YOU BRING IN

• Love problems worth solving: you have a knack for finding the right business problems to solve within the context of business strategy needs & Product Manager Internal Products 2 mastered the craft of building consensus with your key stakeholders on how to prioritize them
• Mastered art of finding root causes: you know how to dig below surface of what your stakeholders are telling you to finding underlying process problems that your product should serve
• Obsess about problemsolution fit: you have an arsenal of techniques to validate Marty Cagans 4 risks while balancing the need to just deliver solutions quickly
• Set the pace for valuedelivery:youve grown to learn the variable you have to getting product releases delivered quickly and ontime is about size of goal and scope of functionality to achieve goals rather than challenging engineering on why something takes so long
