Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets
Monitor and analyze market trends competition and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers and provide product recommendations
Collaborate with marketing and production teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
Stay updated on industry developments and trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the company
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales must in the aluminum industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Knowledge of aluminum products.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
