Summary
Are you passionate about creating a secure and welcoming environment Do you have a keen eye for detail and the ability to lead with confidence Park Hyatt Doha a 5star luxury hotel renowned for its worldclass service is looking for an Assistant Manager Security (Arabic Speaker) to join our elite team.
In this pivotal role youll oversee the daily security operations ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our esteemed guests dedicated staff and the prestigious property itself. Youll work closely with the hotel management to develop and implement security policies maintain compliance with local safety regulations and lead a team of professionals to uphold the highest standards of safety.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a professional diploma or certification in Safety and Security.
- At least 23 years of experience in a security management role preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
- Experience managing security teams and overseeing safety protocols
- Familiarity with security systems and surveillance equipment (CCTV access control etc.)
- Good practical operational and adequate administrative skills are an asset.
- Ability to handle emergency situations and communicate clearly under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests staff and external agencies.
