Event amp Marketing Manager -Premium dining - Career Maker

We have an open role for Position TitleEvent & Marketing Manager with a well established Japanese Restaurant in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Management:
• Develop plan and execute a variety of events including private dining corporate events and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with chefs service staff and external vendors to ensure seamless event .
• Oversee event budgets timelines and logistics to ensure events are delivered within scope and on time.
• Marketing Strategy Development:
• Create and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to promote the restaurant and its offerings both online and offline.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including social media email marketing and SEO.
• Collaborate with PR agencies influencers and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
• Design and manage promotional materials such as brochures menus and advertisements.
• Brand Management:
• Ensure that all marketing and promotional activities align with the restaurants brand identity.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including guests corporate clients and media.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Enhance guest experience by developing personalized event offerings and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve event services and marketing strategies.
• Implement loyalty programs and special promotions to retain and attract customers.
• Sales & Revenue Management:
• Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the restaurant management team to optimize pricing strategies and event packages.
• Analyze sales data to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators and marketing professionals.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is knowledgeable about the restaurants offerings and industry trends.
• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management and marketing preferably in the fine dining or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Exceptional communication organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Office CRM tools and marketing platforms.
