Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness in the UK market.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences industry trends and competitor activities in the region.
• Collaborate with HR Finance Sales and Marketing teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business strategies.
• Create and manage content for social media email campaigns and website updates to engage the UK audience.
• Analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and provide insights for improvement and optimization.
• Support the development of presentations and marketing collateral for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with UKbased vendors agencies and partners to coordinate marketing efforts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate from the 2024 batch with a degree in HR Finance Marketing or Sales.
• Strong passion for marketing and a desire to grow in the field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools social media platforms and basic analytics.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel); familiarity with marketing tools like Canva HubSpot or Google Analytics is a plus.
