Job Brief:
As an Event Project Manager you will oversee all aspects of event projects from concept development to postevent evaluation. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients meticulous planning and managing crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful of events. Your expertise will be key in enhancing client satisfaction and engagement making a significant impact on the event landscape.
Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:
- Oversee all phases of event projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets that align with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Lead crossfunctional teams including vendors venues and internal stakeholders to execute events seamlessly.
Client Collaboration:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring their vision is realized and expectations are exceeded.
Vendor and Venue Management:
- Source and secure vendors venues and equipment negotiating contracts to ensure quality and costeffectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external partners ensuring timely and highquality event delivery.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify and manage project risks proactively developing contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure all events comply with local regulations and industry standards maintaining safety and legal compliance.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide junior team members fostering professional growth and ensuring a highperforming team.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working environment encouraging innovation and excellence in event .
Logistics Management:
- Oversee all logistical aspects of events ensuring smooth from setup to breakdown.
- Monitor event progress and address any issues that arise ensuring a flawless event experience.
PostEvent Evaluation:
- Conduct postevent evaluations gathering feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide detailed reports on event performance including financial summaries and lessons learned.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Successful delivery of events that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Project Management Business Administration or a related field.
- 56 years of experience in event or project management with a focus on largescale events.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi event industry including trends and regulations.
- Fluency in Arabic English and ideally French with strong communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
