Nurse Practitioner - 100 Outpatient

Korzen Health is collaborating with a wellestablished healthcare provider in the beautiful coastal town of Ilwaco WA. Ilwaca is a small town on the west coast between Portland (109 miles) and Seattle (169 miles)

We are seeking a fulltime Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

Clinic Setting:

• Main Clinic is 100 ft away with another clinic 12 miles north at Ocean Park.
• 100% outpatient work

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient care exclusively
• See 1418 patients per day
• Work 4 10 hour days

Patient Demographics:

• 50% Medicare population (age 65)
• Focus on ACO (Annual Wellness Visits)

EMR:

• Utilize EPIC EMR system
