Were seeking for an Assistant Manager Event Service (Banquets) to successfully assist our events operation of our new property in Doha this is a great opportunity if the following describes you:
You are a dynamic and passionate individual who excels in rapidly changing environments with wealth of experience in banquet operations particularly in a luxury hotel group or a highend standalone restaurant with exquisite standards. Youre personable and able to draw people naturally to create authentic & professional relationship particularly with guests. Possesses strong problemsolving skills enabling quick and effective responses to new situations. Known for fostering a collaborative team atmosphere encouraging innovation and maintaining high performance under pressure. Fluent in English is mandatory Arabic highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Events Manager role
- Great knowledge in VIP event management & daytoday operations
- Wellversed in operational standards & managing manpower
- Comprehensive knowledge of business needs and productivity requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent administrative customer service and interpersonal skills
- A cando attitude
- Candidates should be extremely detail oriented managing social as well as corporate events on regular basis
