Job Summary

The Senior Plastic Surgery Consultant will lead our plastic surgery department, providing expert medical care, consultation, and leadership in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), this position offers an opportunity to contribute to clinical excellence, education, and research in plastic surgery.

Job Responsibilities 1

Provide specialized plastic and reconstructive surgical consultations, evaluations, and treatment plans for patients.

Perform a wide range of cosmetic procedures, including breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, facelifts, liposuction, and body contouring.

Perform reconstructive surgeries for trauma, congenital deformities, burns, and post-cancer reconstruction.

Lead and mentor a team of plastic surgeons, residents, fellows, nurses, and support staff within the plastic surgery department.

Provide guidance on clinical management, surgical techniques, and patient care protocols in plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Foster a culture of clinical excellence, patient safety, and continuous professional development among plastic surgery staff.

Implement quality assurance programs and initiatives to enhance surgical outcomes, patient safety, and satisfaction in plastic surgery.

Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, protocols, and regulatory standards relevant to plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews, peer evaluations, and quality improvement projects to optimize patient care pathways.

Engage in teaching, supervision, and mentorship of medical students, residents, plastic surgery fellows, and allied health professionals.
