Job Description
- Maintain Company fleet in Safe operational conditions
- Optimize time & quality of repairs to Ensure spare vehicle availability
- Optimize operation costs and Reduce Expenses by increasing the effectiveness of
- Maintenance Repair and other related functions
- Validate and Approve repair costs and car users expenses as per authority matrix
- Analyze corrective maintenances of all the vehicles
- Develop team capabilities by coaching training and evaluating employees performance
- Identify the department KPIs and Ensure meeting them
- Ensure Customer satisfaction
- Manage the department budget
- Manage the optimization of internal maintenance services & washing technicians performance and productivity
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering preferably Mechanical division.
- Min. 10 years of experience in a similar role includes 3 years in a managerial role
- Preventive Maintenance Experience
- Transport Management Experience
- Vendor Management Experience
- Fleet and Driving Safety Knowledge
