Specifically a Brand Manager in the commodities sector focuses on managing and enhancing the brand identity related to commodities. The Brand manager will be responsible for a very wellestablished brand of Edible Oils Spices and other food items and very popular among the consumers throughout the GCC. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position:
Responsibilities:
Brand Analysis: Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights related to commodities.
Vision and Mission: Shape and effectively communicate the brands vision and mission.
GotoMarket Strategies: Translate brand elements into actionable plans and gotomarket strategies.
Team Management: Manage a team of marketing professionals working on brand initiatives.
Creative Leadership: Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action.
Performance Metrics: Establish performance specifications cost parameters market applications and sales estimates.
Campaign Evaluation: Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns assessing ROI and KPIs.
Market Monitoring: Stay informed about market trends research consumer markets and track competitors activities.
Distribution Oversight: Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
Growth Strategies: Devise innovative growth strategies for the brand.
Requirements and Skills:
Experience: Proven working experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager in FMCG Industry.
Strategy Development: Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
Audience Insight: Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
Marketing Mix: Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills combined with a creative approach.
DataDriven Thinking: Affinity for datadriven decisionmaking.
Communication: Outstanding communication skills.
Industry Awareness: Uptodate with the latest trends and marketing best practices. Good connections with the leading supermarkets and hypermarkets.
Education: Degree in Sales/marketing or a related field.
