الوصف الوظيفي
- Customer Service Management:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all customer needs and concerns are addressed effectively.
- Service Coordination:
- Coordinate with various departments (such as technicians, billing, and sales) to ensure the smooth processing of customer service requests.
- Schedule and manage appointments, follow up on pending requests, and keep customers informed about the status of their service.
- Prepare and process service documentation, including service orders, invoices, and warranties.
