Location: Cairo Egypt (Nasr City Office)

Experience: 5 years in recruitment with experience in highvolume or sales recruitment preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage EndtoEnd Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment cycle for our mass hiring campaigns from job posting to onboarding ensuring all positions are filled with top talent in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations Teams: Work closely with sales and management teams to understand hiring needs and develop a strong talent pipeline.
- Develop Targeted Recruitment Strategies: Use your expertise to create innovative datadriven strategies to attract highcaliber candidates particularly in sales customer service and medical roles.
- Conduct CompetencyBased Interviews: Lead structured interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit ensuring only the best progress through our selective process.
- Candidate Experience & Engagement: Ensure a smooth professional and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness utilizing modern tools and techniques to streamline operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven Track Record: 5 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on mass hiring in sales and healthcare roles.
- HighVolume Recruitment Experience: Skilled at managing multiple roles especially in fastpaced environments focusing on quality over quantity.
- Expert Interviewer: Proficient in conducting competencybased interviews and assessments that reveal a candidates true potential.
- DataDriven Mindset: Ability to use metrics and data to make informed hiring decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- TechSavvy: Experience with modern recruitment tools including ATS systems social media platforms and recruitmentspecific software.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills able to present offers and negotiate effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with sales operations and HR teams to ensure seamless alignment on hiring objectives.
