Your Responsibilities:
- Making telephone and written contact with potential clients.
- Presenting and selling our tailored staffing services.
- Building and maintaining longterm client relationships.
- Identifying client needs and creating customized proposals.
Voraussetzungen
Your Profile:
- Experience in sales or customer service ideally in the field of HR services.
- Excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities.
- Strong customer orientation and service mentality.
- Independent structured and goaloriented working style.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in German both spoken and written.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
