Job Summary
In this role, you will be required to provide legal advice on legal and compliance matters, with a particular focus on competition law. Prepares procedures and policies on a range of legal and compliance matters, including in the aviation sector. Research and prepare contracting and negotiating strategies considering all legal, economic variables and Indices to attain a superior informed negotiating positions, considers creative solutions. Enters into negotiations to obtain the ideal cost for value outcome.
