Job Position: Project Lead
Job Location: Mumbai

Established in 2017 Recity Network Private Limited is a circular waste management company that envisions keeping plastic in the economy and outside the environment by implementing robust technology & on ground solutions across the plastic waste value chain. Recity works with multinational brands CSRs multilaterals government and city administrations for transforming the global plastic waste industries across the globe. ()
Core Responsibilities:
Conducting meetings with employees and Commissioner/ Chairman at the Urban Local Body and getting their buy in for various activities.
- Leveraging stakeholder networks of local NGOs Trade Associations influencers and the media to raise funds volunteers and resources to achieve outcomes & reach.
- Act as the primary liaison between the project team and statelevel authorities in Maharashtra to secure their support and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations and policies relevant to the project.
- Conducting daily debriefs and learning sessions within the team and solving onground problems.
- Enabling the team to foster innovative / experimental solutions to city level contextualized problems.
- Taking the project forward to various platforms along with the state level authorities for their support.
- Preparing reports proposals and data sheets to effectively manage project within budget and cost saving.
- Monitor project progress and ensure all activities are aligned with the overall project goals and objectives.
- Managing the project team and ensuring that there is positive motivation and a culture of learning at the project location.
- Ensuring timely accomplishment of project Outcome and developing sustainable and localized business models for all waste streams.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Ability to lead the team and resolve problems on the go.
- Prior ground experience in Solid Waste Management (SWM) is a plus.
- Preferable: Ability to use mapping tools (ArcGIS) & command over Microsoft tools.
Performance Outcomes:
Building an environment of trust where Urban Local bodies and political stakeholders participate in creating and managing end to end Waste management in the city.
Education and Experience:
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Ability to lead the team and resolve problems on the go.
- Prior ground experience in Solid Waste Management (SWM) is a plus.
- Preferable: Ability to use mapping tools (ArcGIS) & command over Microsoft tools.
