Location: Maadi.
Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
Set appointments and follow up on leads
Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
Stay uptodate on market trends competition and industry developments
Will use MS Word to edit text documents create templates automate the creation of tables of content and slideshows in PowerPoint.
Requirements:
12 years of experience in sales or customer service
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office
BPO background is a must
Strong verbal and written communication skills
