About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Tax Accountant to transition into the role of Tax Manager on behalf of our clients. In this role youll collaborate closely with the current Tax Manager to ensure a smooth transition while taking on greater responsibilities in tax planning strategy and client management. If youre passionate about tax accounting and are ready to step into a managerial role we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Tax Preparation and Review: Prepare and review tax returns for various clients.
• Tax Planning and Strategy: Assist in tax planning and develop innovative tax strategies.
• Smooth Transition: Collaborate with the current Tax Manager to ensure a seamless transition into the managerial role.
• Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships providing exceptional service and maintaining client satisfaction.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of total experience in public accounting with at least 2 years as a Senior Tax Accountant in smaller firms.
• Certification: CPA or EA certification is required.
• Tax Return Review: Strong experience in reviewing tax returns.
• Proximity: Must be within a 1hour commute to Glendale CA.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $120000 $130000 plus benefits.
• Insurance: 100% coverage (family at their own cost) including dental and vision.
• Life Insurance: $50000 coverage.
• PTO: 2 weeks starting plus sick leave.
• Holidays: 1012 holidays per year.
• 401k: 4% match.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
