Job Description
• To independently manage the Multi Displinary engineering and design team or hull and marine facilities.
• To deliver Marine engineering maintenance within budget, schedule and quality.
• Provide leadership to the Marine engineering team and be the single focal point in the Project organization for all issues related to Marine engineering.
• A robust engineering platform for delivery of Detailed Engineering meeting all contractual requirements.
• Effective change Management.
• Supervise all Marine discipline leads to ensure delivery of engineering design that complies with Company standards, Client standards, Class rules, applicable codes and regulatory requirements, and ensure the team works in accordance with the Company code of conduct.
