Position Summary:

We are seeking a detailoriented Back Office Operations Specialist to support the operations team. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the trading processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management: Maintain and update databases related to trades transactions and accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.

Reporting: Generate and distribute daily weekly and monthly reports on trading activities and performance metrics.

Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients regarding trade confirmations settlement issues and inquiries.

Documentation: Oversee the preparation review and storage of relevant documentation ensuring all records are accurate and accessible.

Collaboration: Work closely with front office finance and compliance teams to facilitate smooth operations and information flow.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in back office operations within the financial services industry particularly in forex or capital markets is preferred.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and experience with trading platforms or databases.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Knowledge of regulatory environment and risk management practices in the forex market is a plus.
