Role Overview:

We seek an experienced and dynamic Regional Director of Finance to lead our financial operations across multiple properties. As a key member of our executive team you will oversee financial strategy drive financial performance and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role is critical in supporting our growth objectives and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy:
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys growth and profitability goals.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee financial operations across all regional properties ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Budget Management: Lead the budgeting process including forecasting variance analysis and cost control.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and timely preparation of accurate financial reports.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with property owners and other stakeholders to align financial objectives and drive business success.
• Education Qualifications & Experiences
• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior finance role preferably a cluster role in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record in financial planning analysis and management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
