A Legal Firm company is currently hiring Junior Secretary to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

Must possess at least a diploma in Private Secretary or a degree in Administration.

Assist and manage the resolution of disputes litigation and regulatory matters affecting the company s business.

Organize file and track key legal processes and responsibilities and maintain files and manuals for efficient access and retrieval of information.ss

Proactively assist with all team office and client activities and requirements.

Familiar with Microsoft Office good and fast typing skill would be an added advantage.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
