Open Position: Customer Service Supply Chain & Logistics (Shared Service Company)
A Shared Service Company is currently hiring a Customer Service Supply Chain & Logistics to join them in the Penang office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hold at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain
- More than 3 years working experience as Customer Support/Service Desk or its equivalent.
- Be a proactive part of the account team to support customer growth by serving as the companys goto person for questions regarding demand fulfillment.
- Utilising escalations reporting and analytics transparently manage endtoend demand fulfillment to guarantee ontime delivery to clients based on orders and projections.
- Drive solutions in collaboration with all key internal stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement/optimization of the supply chain through the recommendation of appropriate supply chain concepts
- Proactively identify and resolve problems with a cando attitude.
- Ability to use supply chain related software.
