As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in call center management, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our remote call center team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of remote call center agents to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and efficiency
- Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of call center agents
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
