Personnel Specialist

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personnel Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment and selection process as well as providing support in other HR functions. This is a fulltime permanent position based in Cairo Egypt. Key Responsibilities: Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings screening resumes conducting interviews and making job offers Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies Source candidates through various channels such as job portals social media and networking events Conduct reference and background checks for potential candidates Coordinate and participate in job fairs and other recruitment events Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Support the onboarding process for new hires including conducting orientation sessions and completing necessary paperwork Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases Provide support in other HR functions such as performance management employee relations and training and development Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws in Egypt Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in sourcing and attracting top talent Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems Fluency in English and Arabic is required Why Work With Us: At Keys Recruiters we value our employees and provide a positive and supportive work environment.
