Responsible to build and sell IT Managed Services covering End User Support Management, Infrastructure Management and Application Management. Work with Bidding and Sales team in order to achieve the above.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities:
• Engage with the sales team in client meetings to identify and qualify new leads
• Present company’s Managed Services profile to clients
• Gather client requirements and document the gathered information
• Own the proposal cycle including information gathering, design, sizing, costing, technical proposal writing, presentation preparation, etc.
• Present proposed services to clients
• Build RFPs with sales and bidding teams
• Participate in bidding process by qualifying RFPs, prepare clarifications, prepare technical proposal including costing and write up
• Drive contract preparation process from strategy discussions through contract preparation and negotiations.
• Develop value propositions within proposed services
• Build project transition plans and participate in project transition phase.
